Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities

• Wing Head – Business Strategy Compliance and Analytics Wing (VP) Jobs in June 2025
• To prepare Special Assets Management Group (SAMG) Strategic
• Business Plans and presentations for Senior Management & Board
• To finalize deals in the pipeline of SAMG and get through approvals for restructuring/rescheduling/settlement/write off/etc.
• To formalize Bank’s NPL’s recovery policy in coordination with the
• senior members of the team and Group Head SAM To analyze credit proposals for risk identification and suggesting
• mitigating measures as per Bank’s policies/regulators requirements To ensure that matters related to settlement/ rescheduling/
• restructuring of Non-Performing Loans are dealt in accordance to the Bank’s policies/procedures while adhering to SBP regulations in order to safeguard Bank’s interest
• To manage, collaborate and conclude, manage Group’s Risk Control & Self-Assessment (RCSA) for further submission (where required)
• To prepare and present remedial strategy of SAMG to Board Risk
• Compliance committee (BRCC) in coordination with Group Head SAM
• To act as the liaison between SAMG and various external Groups /Committees to keep track of all credit proposals from initiating stage
• till approval, release of final minutes, documentation, and disbursement with active follow up for cases where there is delay
• To liaise with Regional Offices to ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, and the bank’s policies and procedures
• To coordinate with CRMG, MCC, BRCC and BoD for approvals and
• responding to queries raised
• To supervise the work of RMs and monitoring their performance and
• helping them to develop their credit analysis skills
• To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Other Skills/Expertise /Knowledge Required

• Awareness of relevant SBP Prudential Regulations Effective communication & interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills with an adequate understanding of power BI tools
• Good team player
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks with strict deadlines
• Ability to conduct periodic market search
